Terms of Service

The Home Longevity Plan is a personalized planning report for one home, based on the answers and photos you provide. It includes starting priorities, a planning roadmap, questions to discuss as a family, and questions to ask appropriate professionals.

The Plan is planning guidance only. It is not a home inspection, a building-code review, an engineering or contractor opinion, a medical or occupational-therapy assessment, or a safety certification. Before making changes to a home, confirm details with qualified professionals and check local requirements.

The Plan is normally $49 USD, one home, one-time. During our current launch period we are providing the Plan at no charge. No payment is collected and no payment details are requested.

Your Plan is delivered within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake and photos. We can only prepare your Plan once the required intake answers and photos are submitted. Complete your intake and guided photos within 90 days.

You confirm that you have permission to photograph the home you submit and to share those photos with us. Please don't upload photos of people, documents, or anything unrelated to the home. Provide accurate answers — the quality of your Plan depends on them.

You keep ownership of the photos and information you submit. You give us permission to use them solely to prepare, review, and deliver your Plan.

The Plan is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the Plan is limited to the amount you paid for it. During the free launch period, that amount is zero. We are not responsible for decisions made, work performed, or costs incurred based on the Plan.
