Privacy Policy

We collect the email address you give us, the answers you provide in the intake questionnaire (such as the home's general location by ZIP code, its type and layout, and who it is being assessed for), and the photos you choose to upload of the home.

We use this information for one purpose: to prepare your Home Longevity Plan and send it to you. Your photos and answers are analyzed with automated tools and reviewed by a person before your Plan is delivered. We also send you service emails about your order, such as your secure return link, a reminder if you haven't finished, and a note when your Plan is ready.

Photos are stored privately. They are not published, not listed publicly, and are only reachable through short-lived secure links used to prepare and review your Plan. We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising. Photos are deleted after your Plan is delivered and our review period ends.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the product — hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, and the AI provider that assists with analysis — and only to the extent required to deliver your Plan. We do not sell your personal information.

We measure how people find and use the site so we can improve it. We use the Meta pixel (from Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram), which records that a page was visited and that actions such as starting checkout or placing an order occurred. Meta receives these events for measurement and to help our ads reach the right people.

The pixel does not load at all for visitors in regions that require consent for advertising measurement (such as the EU, UK, and Switzerland). Your answers, photos, and Plan contents are never shared with advertising platforms, and we never send your email address or other identifying information to Meta through the pixel.

Your order record and your Plan are kept so you can access them again with your secure link. Photos are removed on the schedule above. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending non-essential email. To make a request, contact us by email.

This service is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13.
